This transformation began with the selection of concrete floor and shower tiles from local fabricators, Portland Cement Company.  Custom cabinets provide plenty of storage and the small sink is made grand with a custom concrete vanity top.  New awning windows allow for more light and greater energy efficiency.   Water-conservation amenities include a low-flow faucet, showerhead and dual flush toilet.
