TAYLOR HOUSE
The house on SE Taylor near Mount Tabor has a fascinating history: It was built by a timber baron in 1924 and served as a boarding house for many years before being converted back to single-family living in the 1970s. The owners wanted more living space, so the attic has been converted to a master suite: including soaking tub, walk-in shower, living room and sleeping room. Finishes reflect the subtle modern tastes of the owners.
Services provided: space planning, finish selection, construction documentation, and construction administration.
